Email support@qest.kids with what you were doing and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help. If you are signed in, you can also open a ticket from Support inside the app, on the web or on iOS, and reply to it there.
Questions about your family's data go to privacy@qest.kids. Reports of content that endangers a child are our highest priority; send them to support@qest.kids with the word urgent in the subject.
Common questions
How does my child sign in?A child never signs up alone. A parent opens the child's profile, turns on self-login, and QEST emails a claim code to the address the parent chose. The child uses that code once to create their own login.
A Qest was completed but nothing changed. Qests that need approval wait for a parent. Open Home or Qests as a parent and approve it; the Qs land the moment you do.
Can another adult help? Yes. From Settings a parent can invite a co-parent, who can do everything a parent can, or a caregiver, who can complete and approve Qests but cannot change the rules.
Calendar sync stopped. Open Settings, Calendar, and press Sync now. If the connection shows an error, disconnect and connect again; Google, Outlook and Apple each occasionally ask you to re-authorize.
Plans and billing. QEST is free to start. Paid plans are managed from Settings, Billing, where you can also cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Deleting your account. Open your profile and choose Delete account. Everyone affected is signed out at once, and the data is destroyed after a 30-day window during which we can restore it if you email us.
Language. QEST is available in English and Spanish. Each family member picks their own language from their profile.
